Reviews and Ratings
Overall, I found the hotel to have a beautiful garden and a great location for exploring Ubud, but there were several issues with the room's condition and amenities that left me disappointed. While the breakfast was decent, the dining options were quite basic. The private pool and spacious villas were a nice touch, but the lack of maintenance and service really overshadowed the positives.
I had quite a mixed experience at the resort. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, right in the middle of Monkey Forest Road with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms, however, left a lot to be desired – they felt old and dingy, and cleanliness was an issue. While the staff were friendly at times, my initial reception was less than welcoming, which set a negative tone for my stay. Overall, the potential is there, but I wouldn't prioritize staying here again.
I had a great stay at Pertiwi Resort, thanks to its excellent location and friendly service. The hotel is nestled in beautiful gardens, making it feel like a peaceful retreat despite being close to tourist spots. However, the paths can be slippery when it rains, and some areas of the resort feel outdated, which could be improved. Overall, it was a good value for the price, especially with the nice breakfast options available.
I had an amazing experience at this beautiful resort, surrounded by stunning views and nature. The villas with private pools are a real treat, and the food was quite good, though there’s room for improvement in terms of breakfast variety. One downside was the lack of immediate medical assistance when I needed it, which impacted my overall experience. However, the friendly staff and convenient location near Ubud's attractions really made my stay enjoyable.
