Pertiwi Resort & Spa, Ubud (Bali)

Overall, I found the hotel to have a beautiful garden and a great location for exploring Ubud, but there were several issues with the room's condition and amenities that left me disappointed. While the breakfast was decent, the dining options were quite basic. The private pool and spacious villas were a nice touch, but the lack of maintenance and service really overshadowed the positives.

I had quite a mixed experience at the resort. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, right in the middle of Monkey Forest Road with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms, however, left a lot to be desired - they felt old and dingy, and cleanliness was an issue. While the staff were friendly at times, my initial reception was less than welcoming, which set a negative tone for my stay. Overall, the potential is there, but I wouldn't prioritize staying here again.
